These App Terms incorporate the Operating System's terms and conditions and privacy policies ("Platform Terms"). In case of conflict, these App Terms prevail.

Backspace commits to informing customers of system changes and supporting users with new features.
Backspace grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use on Apple or Android devices or acceptable computer operating systems.
Your agreement with your mobile network provider applies. You're responsible for any data charges.
Use of third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google) is subject to their terms and conditions.
The SomaPlus name, logo, and other trademarks are property of Backspace. They may not be copied without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is:

Backspace's liability is limited to £50 for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
This service is charged on a monthly or termly basis. Access is granted upon payment.
BACKSPACE provides system and technical support to all subscribers.
Terms for additional services will be communicated before implementation.
These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Invalid provisions don't affect the validity of the remaining terms.
